Note :
Where the applicant or warehouseman is a Farmer Producer Organisation or a Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society or a Self Help Group, the fees shall be rupees five hundred.
Refund Policy
In case of a failed or incomplete transaction during the online payment process, the payment gateway shall automatically initiate a refund to the original payment method within three (3) working days, subject to the payment gateway’s processing timelines.
In cases where the payment amount has been successfully credited to the WDRA account but the transaction is subsequently identified as failed, duplicate, or erroneous, the refund shall be processed manually by WDRA within ten (10) working days upon verification and receipt of necessary confirmation/documents from the applicant.
Fees paid for successfully completed services, where the payment has been duly processed and the service has been rendered, shall be non-refundable.
