The mission of Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) is to regulate and ensure implementation of the provisions of the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 for the development and regulation of warehouses, Regulations of Negotiability of Warehouse Receipts and promote orderly growth of the warehousing business.
SUMMER VACATION INTERNSHIP
In pursuance to the Launch of WDRA Portal, it has been decided that all the applications for registration of warehouses with WDRA shall be submitted online with effect from 1st November, 2017.
Instruction for submission of online registration applications.
No application for warehouse registration and inspection report by the Inspection Agency shall be accepted in Authority in physical form w.e.f. 1st November, 2017 and all applications shall have to be submitted online.

- Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) organised one day training programme for the Inspecting Officers (IOs) of Inspection Agencies on 22nd March 2018 at New Delhi. 31 participants attended the training session.
- WDRA officials observed 'Swachhta Abhiyana' through Cleanliness Drive at Warehouses, School in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh on 24/02/2018.
- WDRA officials observed 'Swachhta hi Seva' through Cleanliness Drive at Warehouses, School in Sonipat Haryana on 27/9/2017.
